泛在电力物联网形势下的主动配电网规划技术综述 被引量:54

摘要 泛在电力物联网鼓励各种分布式电源、储能以及电动汽车等大量的新型电力设备接入配电网侧。传统的配电网结构在未来将会出现巨大变化,导致原有的规划技术将难以适用于配电网对于供电安全性与稳定性等指标的要求。基于以上现状,对适用于泛在电力物联网形势下的主动配电网规划技术进行综述。分别从主动配电网中负荷预测与发电预测、选址定容、规划方案多维度评估等方面,阐述了新形势下配电网规划技术可能遇见的难点与挑战,归纳评价了多种复杂理论与优化算法。最后给出了对于新形势下主动配电网规划技术的总结与未来展望。 With the promotion of the ubiquitous power internet of things,there are more and more new power equipment connected to the distribution network,such as kinds of distributed generation,energy storage system,electric vehicles and so on.So the traditional distribution network will be greatly changed in the future,which makes it difficult for original planning technology to meet the requirements of the distribution network for power supply security and stability.So based on the above situation,the active distribution network planning technology is reviewed,which is applicable to the situation of ubiquitous power internet of things.And current research about load forecasting and generation forecasting,siting and sizing,and multi-dimensional evaluation of planning schemes in active distribution network are reviewed.It also puts forward some difficulties and challenges that the distribution network planning technology may encounter under the new situation,and summarizes and evaluates a variety of complex theories and optimization algorithms.Finally,the summary and the future prospect of active distribution network planning technology under the new situation are given.
