大黄在银屑病中的临床应用及研究进展

中药治疗银屑病具有诸多优势,大黄及其有效成分在银屑病治疗中发挥作用的报道较少,且机制尚不明确。结合国内外相关研究,分别从大黄治疗银屑病的临床应用、大黄的化学成分、现代药理学3个方面进行探讨,明确大黄在银屑病中发挥治疗作用的方向,为大黄治疗银屑病提供科学依据以及临床配伍提供新思路。

Traditional Chinese medicine has many advantages in the treatment of psoriasis. Among them,there are many reports of rhubarb as the main drug,but there are few reports on the role of rhubarb and its active ingredients in the treatment of psoriasis,and the mechanism is still unclear. Combined with relevant research at home and abroad,the clinical application,chemical composition and modern pharmacology of rhubarb in the treatment of psoriasis were discussed respectively to clarify the direction of rhubarb in the treatment of psoriasis,and to provide scientific basis for rhubarb in the treatment of psoriasis and new ideas for clinical compatibility.
