目的:研究CA-199与胆管结石术后复发的相关性。方法:随机选择2014年3月以前入院进行了手术治疗的肝内外胆管结石患者100例,记录患者术前血清中CA-199的水平,并随访患者3年;术后3年内胆管结石复发者为试验组,未复发的为对照组,比较两组患者术前血清中CA-199水平的差异。结果:试验组患者术前血清中的CA-199水平(276.3214±173.592)U/L明显高于对照组患者的(91.4651±125.7396)U/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清中的CA-199水平与胆管结石术后复发具有明确的相关性。

Objective To study the correlation between the CA-199 and biliary stones postoperatively recurrence.Method 100 patients with surgical treatment of calculus of bile duct of liver inside and outside wer randomly selected before March 2014,records patients with preoperative serum CA-199 levels,and follow-up of patients 3 years;Bile duct calculi recurrence after three years as the experimental group,no recurrence for the control group,the difference of serum CA-199 level between the two groups before operation.Results the patients with preoperative serum CA-199 levels(276.3214±173.592)U/L were significantly higher than those in the control group(91.4651±125.7396)U/L,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The plasma level of CA-199 with bile duct calculi recurrence has a clear correlation.
