Irisin在心血管疾病中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 随着我国社会发展,生活水平的提高,心血管系统疾病发病率逐渐升高,严重影响了居民的身体健康。Irisin是2012年发现的一种新型肌肉因子,具有促进能量消耗,改善胰岛素抵抗的功能。研究发现Irisin与冠心病、心力衰竭、高血压密切相关。本文旨在阐述Irisin在冠心病、心力衰竭、高血压疾病中的研究进展。1 Irisin概述鸢尾素(irisin)是2012年Spiegelman教授团队首先发现的一种新肌肉因子,发表在《自然》杂志上。
