社区护理对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响分析

Effect of community nursing on quality of life of diabetic patients

目的:研究社区护理对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法:抽取2018年1月~2018年12月就医的糖尿病患者共120例随机分为试验组和对照组各60例。对照组患者接受普通护理,试验组患者在此基础上接受个体化护理干预。6个月后对两组患者的血糖和生活质量的控制进行分析。结果:试验组的糖尿病患者的血糖控制显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者增加个体化社区护理措施可更好地提升生活质量和血糖控制效果,护理效果较普通护理更为理想,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To study the effect of community nursing on quality of life(QOL)of diabetic patients.Method From January 2018 to December 2018,120 diabetic patients were divided into experimental group and control group.60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received general nursing,and patients in the experimental group received individualized nursing intervention on this basis.Half a year later,the blood glucose and quality of life control of the two groups were analyzed.Results The blood glucose control of diabetic patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life and the effect of blood glucose control can be improved by increasing individualized community nursing measures for diabetic patients.The nursing effect is more ideal than that of general nursing,which is worth popularizing.
