摘要
档案媒体形象是档案社会地位的重要体现,而主流媒体塑造的档案媒体形象会影响公众对档案工作的态度和意见、甚至公众的个人行为。2000-2017年中国六大主流媒体的档案报道表明,档案媒体形象即为政治服务的幕后者、为社会服务的公益者和历史记忆的保管者。现有档案媒体形象的问题需从两方面解决:一是双向对话即媒体合作与公众交流,二是主动优化即主动传播与多元服务。
Portrayal of archives as presented in mainstream media both reflects the social status of archives and influences the public attitudes toward and perceptions of archives and archival work,as well as personal behaviors of the public.Reports on archives in six Chinese mainstream media from 2000 to 2017 show that archives are presented as the medium for publicity,non-for-profit to serve the public,and the custodian of history memory.The current problems of archival portrayal in mainstream media may be solved as following ways:first,having dialogues with the public and co-operation with media;second,taking the initiative to optimize communication and to start multiple services.
