煤矿钻孔测斜设备承压性能试验装置的开发 被引量:4

摘要 根据煤矿钻孔测斜设备在钻孔过程中的实际工况需要,研制了钻孔测斜设备承压性能试验装置。该承压试验装置主要由承压缸、水压系统、PLC数据采集与控制系统组成。整个水压试验系统的设计压力为30 MPa,该系统采用PLC控制技术与气动增压技术相结合的方式。气动增压泵作为整个水压系统的动力源,采用电气比例阀来控制压力;数据采集与控制系统由PLC来完成,可实现对水压、驱动气压和水温的实时采集,以及运用PID控制算法实现水压系统的平稳控制。应用试验表明,该承压试验装置能满足井下钻孔测斜装备耐水压试验的要求。可对多种测斜类产品进行恒速率升压、保压试验,在试验的过程中能够显示水压系统的实时压力,控制系统运行可靠,大大提高了试验装置的控制精度。 According to the actual working conditions of the drilling and inclinometer equipmentin coal mines,a pressure test device for drilling equipment is developed,which is mainly composed of a pressure cylinder,a water pressure system,a PLC data acquisition and control system.The design pressure of the entire hydraulic test system is 30 MPa,which uses the combination of PLC technology and pneumatic pressurization technology.The pneumatic booster pump is used as the power source of the hydraulic system,and an electric proportional valve is used to control the pressure.PLC is used for data acquisition and system control,which can realize real-time collection of water pressure,driving air pressure and water temperature,and use PID control algorithm to achieve smooth control of water pressure system.The test results show that the pressure-bearing test device can meet the requirement of hydrostatic test of borehole inclination measuring equipment.It can be used to carry out constant rate-boosting and pressure-holding tests on various inclination-measuring products.During the test,the real-time pressure of the hydraulic system can be displayed,which greatly improves the control accuracy of the test device.
