农业科技协同创新中涉农企业间知识共享机制的演化博弈分析 被引量:9

摘要 建立农业科技协同创新中涉农企业间知识共享的演化博弈模型,总结涉农企业间实现知识共享的条件,进一步通过模型分析知识共享演化结果的影响因素,并用仿真方法进行模拟验证。研究表明,涉农企业选择知识共享的策略受农业科技协同创新中协同利益的分配系数变化的影响,只有当双方的协同利益分配系数均较高时,演化系统才能收敛于{知识共享,知识共享}状态,并分析得出知识共享成本、知识共享风险过高时会阻碍对涉农企业间的知识共享,知识互补性程度、激励系数、将共享的知识共同转化为组织利润的能力对知识共享演化速率有正向促进作用,而知识共享量对知识共享演化速率的影响由涉农企业知识共享的成本收益比决定,并且存在最优协同利益分配系数使得涉农企业知识共享概率最大化。政府部门和涉农企业需要根据知识共享的影响因素采取一系列有效措施,才能促进农业科技协同创新的实施。 The evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing among agribusinesses in agricultural science and technology collaborative innovation was established,the conditions for knowledge sharing among agribusinesses were summarized,and the influence of relevant factors on the evolution of knowledge sharing by model analysis and simulation was further analysed.The research indicated that the strategy of agribusinesses choosing knowledge sharing is affected by the change of the distribution coefficient of synergy interests in the agricultural science and technology collaborative innovation.Only when the cooperative benefit distribution coefficient of both parties is high,the evolution system can converge to the state of{knowledge sharing,knowledge sharing}.The results showed that the cost and the risk of knowledge sharing will hinder the knowledge sharing among the agribusinesses while the degree of knowledge complementarity,incentive coefficient and the ability to transform shared knowledge into organizational profits have positive effect on the evolution rate of knowledge sharing,the effect of knowledge sharing amount on the evolution rate of knowledge sharing is determined by the cost-benefit ratio of knowledge sharing among agribusinesses,and there is an optimal synergy benefit distribution coefficient to make the knowledge sharing probability of agribusinesses maximize.Government departments and agribusinesses need to adopt a series of effective measures based on the impact of knowledge sharing to promote the implementation of agricultural science and technology collaborative innovation.
