新型农村社会养老保险对农村居民生活方式影响的实证研究——基于性别的视角

An Empirical Study on Impact of New Rural Endowment Insurance on Rural Residents’ Lifestyle:Based on Gender Perspective

通过对山东省即墨市D村进行调研,采用定量分析方法,将生活方式操作化为可测量的6项指标,计算新农保对农村居民的影响值。结果发现:总体上,新农保对农民生活方式的影响一般,但存在性别上的差异,对女性群体的影响要大于对男性群体的影响,而且新农保对女性群体的影响主要体现在意识层面,对男性群体的影响主要体现在物质层面。从生活方式的6项指标来看,在养老观念、生育观念和农民对政府态度方面,新农保对女性群体的影响要大于对男性群体的影响;在代际关系、储蓄与消费和收入方面,新农保对男性群体的影响要大于对女性群体的影响。

The paper examined lifestyle from six measurable indicators and calculated values about influence on gender group through the research on D village in Jimo City using the quantitative analysis method.The results found that:overall,the influence on lifestyle was not obvious although gender differences do exist;and the impact on female groups is greater than that on male groups.The impact on the female group is mainly reflected in the spiritual level,and the impact on the male group is mainly reflected in the material level.From the six aspects of lifestyle,the concept of fertility and the attitude to the government,the new insurance effect was greater on female group than on the male population.In the intergenerational relations,savings and consumption and income,the new insurance effect was greater on male group than on female group.
