《中国足球中长期发展规划(2016—2050年)》视域下我国足球人才归化与青训的协同发展研究

Coordinated development of football talents naturalization and youth training in China from the perspective of China Football Long-term Development Plan (2016-2050)

运用文献梳理、逻辑分析等方法对归化球员产生的历史和现状进行梳理,探讨归化对青训体系产生的利弊影响,以足球发展的目标为切入点,提出足球人才归化与青训体系的协同发展模型:积极引导归化球员和本土球员的文化、习俗、技术风格等方面的融合,促进足球文化的全方面交流,通过国内职业联赛检验归化球员与本土球员的综合素质,选拔优秀球员送往欧洲、南美地区高水平职业联赛进行学习与训练,最终依赖这种归化政策与青训体系的合理搭配,实现我国迅速提高国家队整体实力和形成我国足球竞争力的长期与短期目标。建议以归化带动青训理念的发展,拓宽归化门槛,继续归化优秀华裔球员甚至崇尚中国文化的无中国血统球员;规范化管理归化球员,归化之余考虑国内年轻球员,制定联赛归化球员上阵政策,多给U23球员赛场磨练机会,减少归化对青训的冲击。

Based on literature review and logic analysis,this paper sorted out the history and current situation of naturalized players and explored the advantages and disadvantages of naturalization in the youth training system,and then by taking the goal of football development as the starting point,it proposed the football talent naturalization and youth training system.The collaborative development model is drawn as follows:To actively guide the integration of culture,customs,and technical styles of naturalized players and local players,promote all aspects of football culture,and test the overall quality of naturalized players and local players through domestic professional leagues;To select outstanding players and send them to high-level professional leagues in Europe and South America for study and training,and finally rely on the rational matching of this naturalization policy and the youth training system to realize the long-and short-term improvement of the overall strength of the national team and the formation of China's football competitiveness.Therefore,it is recommended to use naturalization to promote the development of the concept of youth training,broaden the threshold of naturalization,continue to naturalize outstanding Chinese players and even advocate Chinese culture without Chinese ancestry players;standardize the management of naturalized players,and consider domestic young players in the process of naturalization.To make policies for naturalized players to play in the league and give the U23 players more chance and reduce the impact of naturalization on youth training.
