摘要
介绍了机械化学的定义、发展历史、特点、机理和应用,重点介绍了近期发现的稀土过渡族合金在正庚烷中球磨的过程中,正庚烷分解产生氢气和碳,以及氢气与稀土过渡族合金发生歧化反应生成稀土氢化物2个机械化学过程.通过这2种机械化学过程和随后的真空热处理技术,获得了具有较好永磁性的SmCo 5,Nd-Fe-C和Sm-Fe-C永磁材料.
The definition,development history,characters,mechanism and applications of mechanochemical reaction had been introduced.More attention had been paid on the recently found decomposition of heptane to H 2 and C when the rare earth-transition alloys had been ball milled in heptane and the formation of rare earth hydrides.Through these two mechanochemical processes and the succedent annealing,SmCo 5,Nd-Fe-C and Sm-Fe-C permanent magnetic materials with better magnetic properties had been obtained.
