某型直升机防腐工艺研究

Research on Corrosion Protection Technology of a Helicopter

随着我国海洋权益及远洋战略的需要,直升机出海执行任务日益频繁,直升机机体腐蚀的修理与防护成为了直升机维护与使用的一个重要问题。针对某型直升机修理中发现的腐蚀情况,将新材料YTF-3硬膜缓蚀剂应用于试验,通过试用发现该缓蚀剂对直升机常用材料具有较好的防腐性能。

Along with the need of China's maritime rights and interests and ocean strategy,helicopters are carrying out more and more frequent tasks at sea.The repair and protection of the helicopter body corrosion has become an important problem of helicopter maintenance and use.To solve the corrosion found in the repair of a helicopter,a new material of dual corrosion inhibitor YTF-3 is applied to the test process,with the tests,we can found that the inhibitor has good anticorrosion performance for common materials of helicopter.
