As a mechanism for Fintech supervision,regulatory sandbox has been developed abroad.Regulatory sandbox contributes to the sustained and coordinated Fintech supervision,which is not only essential assurance to prevent those risks oriented from Fintech,but also inevitable requirement to transform the current regulatory model.With the principle of look-through supervision,regulatory sandbox emphasize the compliance operation of Fintech,which should be consistent with domestic development strategies.Self-regulation plays a strong role in regulatory sandbox whose details are clear.It’s powerful for the fault tolerance and rectification of regulatory sandbox.Besides,there exists customer protection measures that are meticulous and scientific.The foreign regulatory sandboxes can offer beneficial guidance for their counterparts in China.
