中国上市物流企业绩效评价及多维度研究——基于效率分解两阶段DEA交叉效率模型

Performance Evaluation of Chinese Listed Logistics Enterprises——Based on Efficiency Decomposition Two-stage DEA Cross Efficiency Model

从生产经营和市场运作两阶段视角,运用效率分解两阶段DEA交叉效率模型,对87家上市物流企业绩效进行评价,并分析不同所有权性质、不同所属地区、不同细分行业的上市企业效率差异。研究发现:市场化阶段效率较低导致上市物流企业整体效率不高;国有物流企业的获利能力更强,民营企业的市场化运作能力更强;企业所属区域方面,只有华中地区上市企业呈现“高盈利高市场”现象;细分行业方面,道路运输业企业绩效最高,铁路运输业最低。

From the perspective of two stages of production operation and market operation,the efficiency decomposition two-stage DEA cross-efficiency model is used to evaluate the performance of 87 listed logistics companies,and analyze the efficiency differences of listed companies with different ownership characteristics,regions and sub-sectors.The research finds that the low efficiency of the marketization stage leads to the overall low efficiency of listed logistics companies;the profitability of state-owned logistics companies is stronger,and the market-oriented operation capabilities of private enterprises are stronger;in terms of the region to which the company belongs,only listed companies in Central China present“High profit and high market”phenomenon;in terms of subdivided industries,the performance of road transport companies is the highest,and the railway transport industry is the lowest.
