基于翻转课堂教学的现代学徒制实施探究

Implementation of Modern Apprenticeship System Based on the Flipped Classroom Teaching

基于当前信息化建设基础,各种教育沟通APP的成熟,以及智能手机的普及,可以便利地实施翻转课堂教学以适合应用于现代学徒制。文章以Edexcel三级物流操作证标准单元13教学为例,运用翻转课堂在前置教学实施、课堂教学模式、课程考核方式等方面均发生变化,突出了学生主体的教学思想,促进了现代学徒制的实施与本土化,培养出来的学生更加贴近企业需求。

Based on the current information construction foundation,the maturity of various education and communication apps,and the popularity of smart phones,the flipped classroom teaching that can be easily implemented is suitable for modern apprenticeship.Taking the teaching of Edexcel three-level logistics operation certificate standard unit 13 as an example,this paper researches and implements the pre teaching,classroom teaching mode,and curriculum assessment mode through the flipped classroom,highlighting the dominant position of students,promoting the implementation and localization of modern apprenticeship,cultivating more students who are close to the needs of enterprises.
