摘要
科技的进步带动硅产业的发展,对硅的需求量逐渐增加。生产工业硅的原材料为硅石、碳质还原剂,且对还原剂有非常严格的要求,木炭是工业硅生产最佳还原剂。受森林资源保护政策的影响,木炭来源受限,产量下降,价格上涨。本文利用废弃的油茶壳制成机制木炭,研究其理化性质,探索用于工业硅生产的可行性,实现了油茶壳废弃物的回收利用。
The advancement of science and technology has driven the development of the silicon industry,and the demand for silicon has gradually increased.The raw materials for the production of industrial silicon are silica and carbonaceous reducing agents,and there are very strict requirements for reducing agents.Charcoal is the best reducing agent for industrial silicon production.Affected by forest resource protection policies,charcoal sources are limited,production declines and prices rise.The oil tea shell of waste was used to make charcoal,its physical and chemical properties were studied,the feasibility of industrial silicon production was explored,the recycling of camellia shell waste was realized.
