含锰废渣资源化回收有价金属研究进展论述 被引量:1

摘要 含锰废渣主要产生于湿法冶炼中和沉铁、重金属脱除等环节,含有大量有价金属和大量的有毒物质。对含锰废渣的处理是冶金行业和环保行业密切关注的问题。本文对含锰废渣的主要来源、环境污染物组成以及国内外对含锰废渣的资源化利用进行了综述,分析了各种含锰废渣的理化性质,介绍了各种回收工艺的优缺点及研究进展,并针对含锰废渣资源化回收有价金属工业化进程问题提出了几项原则,最后指出了低品位硫化锰渣的资源化利用方向。 Manganese-containing waste residue is mainly produced in wet smelting,neutralization,heavy metal removal and other links,containing a large number of valuable metals and a large number of toxic substances.The treatment of manganese-containing waste residue is an important problem in metallurgical industry and environmental protection industry.The main source of manganese slag at home and abroad and the composition of environmental pollutants and recycling use of manganese slag were summarized,the various physical and chemical properties of manganese slag were analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of recycling technology and research progress were introduced,several principles for containing manganese slag resource recovery of valuable metals industrialization problems were put forward,the low grade manganese sulfide slag utilization direction was pointed out.
