摘要
采用稻壳粉与壳聚糖复合制备一种复合材料吸附剂,利用电镜扫描(SEM)、红外(FTIR)及X射线衍射(XRD)对吸附剂进行表征。考察了壳聚糖/稻壳粉质量比、溶液pH值、吸附剂用量和吸附时间的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖/稻壳粉质量比为1:14,溶液pH值为6.5,吸附剂用量为0.3 g,吸附时间为120 min时,复合材料对金橙Ⅱ的吸附达到最佳条件。吸附遵循准二级动力学方程和Langmuir方程。
The composite adsorbents were prepared by combing the rice husk power and chitosan.The adsorbents were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The effects of mass ratios of chitosan/rice husk power,solution pH,adsorbent dosage and adsorption time were investigated.The results showed that optimal adsorption conditions of the composite materials for acid orange 7 could be achieved when mass ratios of chitosan/rice husk power was 1:14,the solution pH was 6.5,adsorbent dosage was 0.3 g,and adsorption time was 120 min.The adsorption followed pseudo second order kinetics equation and Langmuir equation.
