微乳色谱法同时测定化妆水中9种防腐剂 被引量:1

摘要 建立同时测定化妆水中9种防腐剂的微乳色谱方法。化妆水样品经甲醇溶解、超声提取后,经0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤,色谱柱为Diamonsil C 18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以3.0%(W/V)十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-6.0%(V/V)正丁醇-0.4%(V/V)正辛烷-90.6%(V/V)0.1%磷酸水为流动相,柱温为30℃,检测波长254 nm,流速0.7 mL/min,标准曲线法定量。9种防腐剂在19 min内彼此完全分离,在0.945~4999.2μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.9996,平均回收率为95.1%~104.6%,RSD为0.57%~3.30%。该方法绿色环保、简单灵敏、准确快速,可用于化妆水中多种防腐剂的同时测定。 A method for determination of 9 preservatives in toner by microemulsion liquid chromatography(MELC)was established.The toner samples were dissolved by methanol,extracted by the ultrasonic cleaner and filtered through a 0.22μm microporous membrance,and the continued filtrate was taken for analysis.The target chemicals were separated on a Diamonsil C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)and determined using 3.0% sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),6.0% n-butyl alcohoL,0.4%normal octane and 90.6%(0.1% ortho-phosphoric acid)water as mobile phase,quantified with standard curve method.The column temperature was 30℃.The detection wave length was 254 nm.The flow rate was 0.7 mL/min.The results showed that 9 preservatives were completely separated from each other within 19 min.The standard curves for 9 preservatives were linear in the range of 0.945~4999.2μm/mL,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9996,which indicated that the regression equations had a good linearity.The average recoveries ranged from 95.1%to 104.6%.The relative standard deviation achieved 0.57%~5.30%.This method was environmental friendly,simple,sensitive,accurate,rapid,and applicable for the determination of various preservatives in toner.
