在“新工科”背景下,校企合作的协同育人机制备受人们的关注。针对应用化学专业学生在毕业实践课程等教学环节中存在的诸多问题,本文提出了毕业实习、毕业设计和就业一体化的人才培养模式。详细介绍了此模式探索的过程、具体实施步骤、采取的措施和实践效果,给出了采用校企合作一体化人才培养模式对专业人才培养的现实意义。

Under the background of“new engineering disciplines”,much attention has been paid to cooperation between school and enterprise.For Applied Chemistry specialty students,there are many problems existing in the teaching section.The integrated talent training mode was introduced,which included graduation practice,graduation thesis and employment.The formation of the mode,specific implementation steps,measures and practical results were introduced in detail.The realistic significance of integrated talent training mode for talent training was also introduced.
