摘要
自2015年以来,河南油田由盈利转为亏损,生产经营形势严峻。同时,油气销售管理体制也发生了变化,油气销售工作量和难度进一步加大。油气销售作为生产经营的重要环节,为了提高运行质量,通过深入思考,提出了油气销售全方位优化保效增效的工作思路,通过构建责权清晰的组织管理体系、完善相关制度办法、全方位优化油气销售等,取得了较好的效果。
Since 2015,Henan Oilfield has turned form gain to loss,facing grim challenges in production and management.Meanwhile,oil and gas marketing management system has changed,making it more laborious and harder to sale oil and gas.Given the importance of oil and gas marketing in oilfield production and management,the article made an in-depth pondering on how to enhance operating efficiency,and put forward the approaches to optimize,secure and improve the economic benefits from oil and gas marketing in an all-round way,which highlighted clear accountability,effective rules and overall optimization in its oil and gas marketing system,and achieved good results.
