多花黄精不同龄须根药材质量研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了进一步了解多花黄精须根的价值,扩展多花黄精药用部位,缓解市场供需矛盾,充分利用资源。本文按照2015版《中国药典》(一部和四部)测定多花黄精不同龄须根水分、浸出物、灰分和多糖含量,利用比色法测定黄酮含量。结果表明:(1)多花黄精须根的水分含量为5.24%~5.53%,灰分含量为7.33%~8.67%,醇溶出物含量为40.88%~49.30%,水溶出物含量为34.76%~36.04%,多糖含量为5.74%~7.83%,黄酮含量为0.17%~0.28%;(2)多花黄精一年龄和二年龄须根多糖含量符合药典标准。所以,以多糖为主要药效成分时,适当调整处方量,多花黄精须根可以部分替代块茎使用。研究表明多花黄精须根具有一定的潜在药用价值,值得进一步开发研究。 In order to further understand the value of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.,and extend their medicinal parts to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand in the market and make full use of resources.In this paper,the water content,extract,ash and polysaccharide content of P.cyrtonema Hua.were determined according to the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Part 1 and 4).The flavonoid content was determined by colorimetry.Results:(1)the water content of fibrous root of P.cyrtonema Hua.was 5.24%~5.53%,ash content was 7.33%~8.67%,alcohol content was 40.88%~49.30%,water content was 34.76%~36.04%,polysaccharide content was 5.74%~7.83%,flavonoids content was 0.17%~0.28%;(2)Annual roots and biennial roots of P.cyrtonema Hua.meet the pharmacopoeia standards.Therefore,when polysaccharides are the main medicinal ingredient,the amount of prescription is appropriately adjusted,and the yellow roots can partially replace the tuber.In conclusion,Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.has a certain potential medicinal value and deserves further research.
