贵州地方猪种与其它猪种功能缺失相关基因的比较与分析

摘要 地方猪种在长期的驯化和进化过程中,由于遗传变异导致其一些功能基因缺失,从而形成了地方猪种的差异性。本研究对重测序的54头地方猪种进行结构变异的检测,发现贵州地方猪种特有的结构变异基因有36个,这些基因对贵州地方猪种的生长、繁殖、消化、能量代谢等功能造成了一定的缺失;欧洲猪种特有的结构变异基因有10个,这些基因对欧洲猪种的能量代谢、免疫能力、肉质的嫩度等方面的功能造成缺失;中国地方猪种特有功能缺失的结构变异基因有14个,这些基因对中国地方猪种的味觉、免疫、生长发育等方面的功能造成缺失。通过上述研究为地方猪种的差异性基因挖掘与探讨提供了一定的理论基础。 In the process of long-term training and evolution of local pig breeds,because of genetic variation some functions lost were resulted in certain genes,thus forming local difference in pig breeds.In this study,54 species of re-sequencing were tested for structural variation.The results showed that 36 unique structural variant genes in Guizhou local pig breeds were found,which cause the function loss of growth,reproduction,digestion and energy metabolism.While in European pig breeds,10 unique structural variant genes were identified,which lack the functions of energy metabolism,immunity,and tenderness;However,there are 14 variant genes,which are deficient in the functions of taste,immunity,growth and development of Chinese local pig breeds.In short,the results provides a certain theoretical basis for excavating and discussing the differential genes of local pig breeds.
