鲜铁皮石斛颗粒的质量标准研究

Study on the quality standard of fresh Dendrobium officinale granules

目的建立鲜铁皮石斛颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)进行鉴别,酶解-苯酚硫酸法测定非淀粉性多糖的质量分数,超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)建立特征图谱。结果TLC斑点清晰,专属性强;糖化酶可消除颗粒辅料淀粉、糊精对非淀粉性多糖质量分数测定的影响,平均加样回收率为99.78%(RSD为2.38%);UPLC特征图谱限定了6个特征峰的保留时间。结论所建立的方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于鲜铁皮石斛颗粒的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard for fresh Dendrobium officinale granules.Methods TLC was used for qualitative determination,the enzymatic hydrolysis-phenol sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of non-starch polysaccharide,and UPLC was established for studying characteristic chromatograms of samples.Results The spots on TLC were clear with strong specificity.Saccharifying enzyme could eliminate the influence of starch and dextrin on the determination of non-starch polysaccharides,and the average recovery was 99.78% with RSD of 2.38%.The retention time of 6 characteristic peaks was limited on the UPLC characteristic spectra.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,which can be used for quality control of fresh Dendrobium officinale granules.
