中药猫爪草的研究进展

Research progress of Chinese traditional medicine radix ranunculi ternati

中药猫爪草于1977年被收载到《中国药典》,具有化痰散结、解毒消肿的功效,用于瘰疬痰核、疔疮肿毒、蛇虫咬伤。现今逐步发现猫爪草在临床上抗肿瘤、抗肺结核方面效果良好,尤其在抗肿瘤方面具有极高的药用价值。目前,猫爪草多作为民间用药,开发利用度不够。本文对猫爪草的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用等方面研究进行概述,可望为促进猫爪草新剂型开发与应用提供参考,开发更多抗肿瘤、抗结核的新型药物。

In 1977,the Chinese medicine Ranunculi Ternati was included in the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia",which had the effect of dissipating phlegm,dispelling poison and reducing swelling,and was used for tuberculosis of lymph nodes,hemorrhoids swollen poison,and snake bite.Nowadays,it has been found that has a good effect on clinical anti-tumor and anti-tuberculosis,especially in anti-tumor.At present,many of the Ternate buttercup root are used for folk medicine,and the development and utilization are not enough.Therefore,this paper uses literature tracking method to summarize its research on chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application,which provides reference for the development and application of new dosage forms of Ranunculi Ternati and develop more new anti-tumor and anti tuberculosis drugs.
