稻谷微波干燥技术现状及连续式微波干燥机上的干燥试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过论述干燥技术对于稻谷贮藏的重要作用,分析稻谷微波干燥技术的原理及研究现状,得出稻谷在大型连续式微波干燥设备上的试验方案及结果分析。结果表明,在采用“间歇式”的微波干燥模式下,稻谷含水率下降幅度随着每循环干燥时间的增加而显著增强;稻谷含水率下降幅度随着微波强度的增加而增强;干燥过程中,稻谷籽粒的温度变化可以分为快速上升和趋于稳定2个变化阶段。采用“间歇式”的微波干燥方式对于减缓物料温升有积极作用。 The important role of drying technology on rice storage was discussed,the principle and research status of rice microwave drying technology were analyzed,the experimental scheme and result analysis of rice drying on large continuous microwave drying equipment were given.Experimental results showed that in using intermittent microwave drying mode,the decrease amplitude in moisture content of rice was significantly enhanced with increasing of drying time per cycle,the decrease amplitude in moisture content of rice was enhanced with increasing of microwave intensity.During the drying process,the temperature change of rice granules could be divided into two stages:rapid ascending phase and stabilizing phase.The use of intermittent microwave drying had a positive effect on slowing the temperature rise of the material.
