摘要
智能设备和速冻工艺快速发展,但关于竹笋类食品速冻加工方面的研究依然欠缺。针对竹笋类速冻智能设备进行研究,通过对竹笋类保鲜情况、浸渍速冻工艺结合智能传输、智能筛选、自动包装、自动抽真空、智能速冻等功能进行研究。
With the development of intelligent equipment and quick freezing technology,there was still a lack of research on the quick-freezing processing of bamboo shoots food.The research was conducted on bamboo shoot quick-freezing intelligent equipment,through the preservation of bamboo shoots,immersion quick-freezing process combined with intelligent transmission,intelligent screening,automatic packaging,automatic vacuum pumping,intelligent quick-freezing and other parts of the functions were studied.
