中外荨麻疹诊疗指南比较分析

Comparison of Chinese and International Urticaria Guidelines

荨麻疹是一种常见病,对患者生活质量影响明显。自1997年以来,国外已经发表了多版荨麻疹诊疗指南,中国也已发表3版指南。尽管这些指南中荨麻疹的定义、分类、诊断和治疗原则相似,但是仍存在一定差异,尤其在荨麻疹亚型的定义、分类及治疗用药方面。本文对近5年内发表的中外荨麻疹诊疗指南进行比较,分析荨麻疹的定义、分类、诊断、治疗及管理等方面的异同,为广大医疗机构及临床医生提供参考。

Urticaria is a common dermatological disease that has a significant impact on the quality of life.Several guidelines for urticaria have been published in Europe and United States since 1997,and three versions of the guidelines have been published in China.Although the general principles for the diagnosis and treatment of urticaria in these guidelines are similar,there are still some differences existed,especially in the definition of urticaria subtypes and treatments.This article compares the guidelines of China and other countries published in the recent five years,and reviews the similarities and differences in the definition,classification,diagnosis,treatment and management of urticaria in order to provide reference.
