摘要
旨在研发一种新型可医用的生物镁合金材料,并通过试验确定合金中不同元素含量对合金综合性能的影响。通过制备不同钙元素含量的试样,开展了各类分析试验,测量了合金试样不同金相构成下的腐蚀性能和力学性能。主要开展了失重、电解、力学拉伸以及XRD、SEM等试验,从而确定了不同钙含量下镁合金的综合性能。研究结果表明,合金中钙元素的适量添加能增强合金的抗腐蚀能力,细化晶粒,改善合金组织,但是当合金中钙元素含量>0.5wt%时,合金中将产生一定量的Mg2Ca相,使得合金金相组织被割裂,进而降低合金力学性能。确定了Mg-Zn-Ca合金中钙元素含量对合金各项性能的影响,对于Mg-Zn-Ca合金作为医用材料的研究具有重要意义。
Aimed at developing a new medical bio magnesium alloy material and determining the influence of different element content on the comprehensive properties of the alloy,various analytical experiments were carried out by preparing samples with different calcium content to measure corrosion and mechanical properties of alloy samples with different metallographic compositions.The gravity loss,electrolysis,mechanical tensile,XRD,SEM and other experiments were mainly carried out to determine the impact of the comprehensive properties of magnesium alloys with different calcium content.The results showed that proper addition of Ca element in the alloy can enhance the corrosion resistance of the alloy,refine grain and improve the structure of the alloy.However,when the content of Ca element in the alloy was greater than 0.5 wt%,there were a certain amount of Mg2Ca metallographic phases,which made metallographic structure fractured,and lowed mechanical property of alloy.Confirming the influence of Ca content in Mg-Zn-Ca alloy on various properties of the alloy had great significance for the research of Mg-Zn-Ca alloy as medical materials.
