摘要
随着飞机向长寿命、高可靠性方向的发展,对材料耐蚀性能的要求越来越高,采用高强度不锈钢制作重要的零件已成为发展趋势。高强度不锈钢是不锈钢的重要组成部分,通常把屈服强度大于600MPa的不锈钢称为高强度不锈钢。近年来,高强度不锈钢0Cr16Ni6被用于飞机起落架、紧固件等受力构件的制造。由于该材料的成分控制及工厂应用还不够成熟,在零件热处理后出现异常磁痕显示,通过金相分析确定基体组织为回火马氏体+黑色带状区域组织。随后分别对黑色组织与基体组织进行了显微硬度检测,发现2处硬度无显著差异。最终通过优化深冷处理的温度及保温时间,减少了黑色组织但并不能完全消除。
With the development of aircraft towards the direction of long life and high reliability,the requirement of material corrosion resistance has been getting higher and higher,it became the trend of parts making.High strength stainless steel was an important part of stainless steel,usually,the yield strength of stainless steel greater than 600 MPa was known as high strength stainless steel.In recent years,high strength stainless steel 0 Cr16 Ni6 has been used in aircraft landing gear,fasteners and other mechanical components manufacturing.Due to the immature composition control and factory application of the material,abnormal magnetic trace appeared after heat treatment of the part.Through metallographic analysis,it was determined that the matrix structure was tempered martensite+ black band structure.The micro-hardness of the black structure and the matrix structure was detected and no significant difference was found.Finally,by optimizing the temperature and holding time of cryogenic treatment,the black structure was reduced but not completely eliminated.
