摘要
为了实现某型飞机连杆组件轴扩口连接锁紧状态的可靠性、一致性,保证被连接件与连接件之间的连接锁紧质量,从工艺实现的角度出发,对轴扩口连接锁紧工艺的基本原理、工艺难点进行了分析。采用试验验证的方法对轴扩口锁紧连接的工艺方法进行了试验验证,并对扩口后的轴端外径尺寸及扩口轴承受的扩口作用力进行了计量,得到了不同结构形式扩口工装的扩口试验数据以及不同扩口工艺方法的扩口试验数据。结果表明,采用整体式扩口工装可以保证工装工作部位与扩口轴孔口接触方式的稳定性;同时,轴向静压力的压扩工艺可以实现扩口轴受力的均匀性,保证扩口轴孔口材料的均匀变形,轴端外径尺寸变化随静压力的变化呈对应相关性。
In order to achieve the reliability and consistency of connection locking state of shaft flaring of the connecting rod assembly of a aircraft,and guarantee the quality of connection and locking between the connector and the connector,the basic principle and the difficulty of the shaft flaring connection locking process were analyzed with the point of view of process realization.By using the test verification method,we tested the process method of the shaft flaring connection locking and measuring the outer diameter size of shaft end and the forces acting on shaft,and then got the expanding test data of different structure forms of expanding tooling and different expanding process methods.The result showed that using of the integral type tool can achieve the contact mode stability of the tool working position and the shaft hole,and the static pressure flaring process also achieved the uniformity of the force and deformation of the material,the external diameter had the relevance with the change of the static pressure.
