摘要
零件的加工排序问题是企业生产制造过程中一个常见的问题。通过采用Flexsim生产线仿真技术,对某一车间零件加工排序问题的仿真实现方法进行了研究,主要是通过在Flexsim软件自带的实体间进行A连接和编辑逻辑代码来实现的。该仿真方法的实现适用于车间多种零件同时在多台设备上混合加工时加工排序问题的解决,也可以使用该方法来优化零件的加工工序,找到最节约时间的加工工序,以提高生产线的生产效率。
The processing order of parts was a common problem in the manufacturing process of enterprises.Through using of Flexsim production line simulation technology,the simulation implementation method of the processing ordering problem of a shop part was studied.Mainly used A-connection and editing logic code between the entities that come with Flexsim software to realize it.The simulation method was suitable for solving the problem of processing sorting when multiple parts of the workshop were mixed and processed on multiple equipments at the same time.This method also can be used to optimize partprocessing and find the most time-saving method to increase production line productivity.The simulation implementation method can increase the production efficiency of production lines.
