传统村落保存与活化策略研究——以永泰庄寨的改造为例

Study on Strategies of Preservation and Revival of Traditional Villages——Taking Yongtai Village Transform as an Example

传统村落是地方文化记忆的承载物,它有着深厚且丰富的文化内涵,具有重要的历史文化价值。然而,随着我国城市化进程加快,传统村落在现代文明和科技发展的冲击下走向衰落。因此,通过梳理总结永泰庄寨的在地保护实践策略,围绕其所开展的乡村规划建设,促进村民观念转变,吸引业态进驻,借新媒体宣传打造乡村IP等工作,从中总结传统村落保存与活化的可行方法,探索传统村落保存与活化的新思路。

Traditional village is the carrier of local cultural memory,it has rich cultural connotations and important historical and cultural value.However,with the acceleration of urbanization in China,traditional villages are declining under the impact of modern civilization and the development of science and technology.This paper summarizes the feasible strategies and explores new ideas for the preservation and revival of traditional villages through the practical experience of protection strategies,rural planning and construction,changing the villagers’mind,attracting industry to settle in and building rural IP by new media publicity,etc.in Yongtai Village.
