摘要
本文对水产品鲈鱼的保鲜技术进行综述,详细介绍关于鲈鱼的低温保鲜、生物保鲜剂保鲜、气调保鲜、超高压技术保鲜,并对鲈鱼保鲜过程中使用到的无损检测技术进行综述,希望能够为水产品鲈鱼的贮藏保鲜研究提供依据。
This paper summarizes the fresh-keeping technology of Lateolabrax japonicas,mainly introduces the low temperature preservation,biological preservative preservation,fresh-keeping preservation and Ultra-high pressure technology preservation of Lateolabrax japonicas.We summarized the non-destructive testing technology in the preservation of Lateolabrax japonicas,with a view to aquatic products.The study on the storage and preservation of Lateolabrax japonicas provides a theoretical reference.
