摘要 本文搜集2009-2019年间CNKI所刊辱虐管理高频词并对其进行可视化分析,得出我国辱虐管理研究热点主要集中在工作绩效、离职倾向、情绪耗竭等方面,且目前对辱虐管理的研究多偏重其消极作用。由此提出建议:关注下属在遭受辱虐管理后的行为表现;从源头上避免或减少辱虐管理的发生;进一步加强探索辱虐管理的边界条件。 This paper collects the high frequency words of abuse management published by CNKI from 2009 to 2019 and makes a visual analysis of them,concluding that the research focus of abuse management in China mainly focuses on work performance,resignation intention,emotional exhaustion and other aspects,and the current research on abuse management focuses on its negative effect.This paper puts forward some suggestions:firstly,pay attention to the behavior of subordinates after they are subjected to abusive management;The second is to pay attention to the management mode,from the source to avoid or reduce the occurrence of abuse management;The third is to further explore the boundary conditions of abuse management.
