In April 2019,the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held in Beijing,marking the start of a new journey for joint construction of the Belt and Road with high quality.President Xi Jinping delivered keynote speech at the Forum,urging sticking to the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration,pursuing the concepts of ope rm ess,greenness and integrity,and striving to achieve high-standard,peopleoriented and sustainable development.
