摘要
颅内压监测和血压控制是自发性脑出血治疗过程中的重要一环。颅内压监测有两重作用,一是监测颅内压实时数据以辅助治疗并评估预后,二是监测颅内压变异性评估患者神经功能及预后。血压控制能够减少血肿、再出血和脑水肿的发生率。由于颅内压、血压、脑灌注压三者之间的相互作用关系,临床上要找到应对自发性脑出血的最佳个性化策略,需要精确平衡三者之间的量化数据关系。为此,本文对近五年来有关颅内压监测和血压控制的最新研究进行了综述。
Intracranial pressure monitoring and blood pressure control are important steps in the treatment of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage.ntracranial pressure monitoring has two functions:one is to monitor real-time data of intracranial pressure to assist treatment and evaluate prognosis;the other is to monitor variability of intracranial pressure to evaluate neurological function and prognosis of patients.Blood pressure control can reduce the incidence of hematoma,rebleeding and brain edema.Because of the interaction among intracranial pressure,blood pressure and cerebral perfusion pressure,in order to find the best personalized strategy to deal with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage,it is necessary to accurately balance the quantitative data relationship among them.In this paper,the latest research on intracranial pressure monitoring and blood pressure control in the past five years is reviewed.
