皮肤基底细胞癌的高频超声表现

High-frequency Ultrasound Findings of Skin Basal Cell Carcinoma

目的总结皮肤基底细胞癌的高频超声表现。方法回顾性分析我院35例病理证实为皮肤基底细胞癌患者的临床和超声检查资料。结果35例患者均为单发,病变最常见于头面部(33例,94.3%)。30例(85.7%)患者肿物表面有出血史。所有病例病变表面均有不同程度表皮缺损,病变边缘清楚,以椭圆形及不规则形为主,内部以低回声为主,并见多发的点状强回声(34例,97.1%),32例(91.4%)病变内可见丰富血流信号。结论皮肤基底细胞癌多位于头面部,超声特征表现为不规则形的低回声结节,病变内部见点状强回声。结合病变表面有出血史,可与其他皮肤肿瘤相鉴别。

Objective In order to summarize the high-frequency ultrasound image of skin basal cell carcinoma.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical and ultrasonographic data of 35 patients with basal cell carcinoma was confirmed by pathology in our hospital.Results All the 35 patients were single lesions,and the lesions were most common in head and face(33 cases,94.3%).Thirty patients(85.7%)had a history of bleeding on the surface of the tumor.In all cases,there were different degrees of epidermal defects on the surface of the lesion.The edge of the lesion was clear,mainly oval and irregular,and the interior was mainly hypoechoic,and there were multiple point-like strong echoes(34 cases,accounting for 97.1%).Abundant blood flow signals were seen in 32 cases(91.4%).Conclusion Skin basal cell carcinoma is mostly located in the head and face,ultrasound images appear as elliptical or irregular hypoechoic nodules in the skin and subcutaneous fat layers,multiple point-like strong echoes visible inside the lesion.The clinical manifestations of bleeding history combined with the surface of the lesion can be used to differentiate from other skin tumors.
