复方甘草酸苷联合孟鲁司特钠对过敏性紫癜患儿细胞免疫及炎性因子水平的影响

Effects of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Montelukast Sodium on Cellular Immunity and Inflammatory Factors in Children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合孟鲁司特钠对过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿细胞免疫及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月我院80例HSP患儿,根据入院单双号将受试儿均分为2组(n=40),对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予复方甘草酸苷治疗,比较2组的治疗总有效率、临床症状及体征消失时间、治疗前后外周血细胞免疫指标及炎性因子水平变化。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组临床症状及体征消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2组各细胞免疫指标较治疗前均明显改善,且研究组更优(P<0.05),治疗后2组各炎性因子水平较治疗前均显著降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合孟鲁司特钠可有效改善HSP患儿的临床症状,提高疗效,改善外周血免疫学指标,降低炎性反应肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-9与IL-17水平,这可能是治疗HSP机制。

Objective In order to investigate the effects of compound glycyrrhizin combined with Montelukast Sodium on cellular immunity and inflammatory factors in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods Eighty children with HSP were divided into two groups(n=40)in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 according to the odd and even number of admission.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium.The study group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin and montelukast sodium.The total effective rate,the time of disappearance clinical symptoms and signs,the changes of peripheral blood immune index and inflammatory factors level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)and the time of disappearance clinical symptoms and signs in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cellular immune indexes of the two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment and the study group was better(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment and the study group was even lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with montelukast sodium can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,the curative effect,the immunological indexes of peripheral blood and reduce the levels of TNF-α,IL-9 and IL-17 of HSP patients,which may be the mechanism for the treatment of HSP.
