Optimizing Trading Strategies Considering Demand Response for Electricity Retailers

随着售电侧市场逐步发展,需求侧响应(demand response,DR)将成为售电公司实现优化运营收益的重要措施。针对偏差考核处罚严重压缩售电公司运营收益的现状,提出利用负荷柔性可控的DR方案规避售电公司月度结算电量偏差考核风险,从而形成融合DR的运营框架及盈利模型。针对售电公司在规避偏差考核过程中过度补偿的问题,提出了一种综合考虑偏差考核处罚费用和执行DR方案补偿费用的最优收益模型,并给出了相应的算法和流程。通过仿真算例对比了多种策略的计算结果,证明售电公司通过所提综合收益优化交易策略在当前偏差考核机制下可以获得最优的运营收益。

With progressive development of electricity retail market,demand response(DR)will become an important means to enhance operational earning for the electricity retailers in China.Aiming at the current situation of deviation assessment mechanism seriously reducing operation profits of the electricity retailers,this paper proposes to adopt a DR scheme considering load flexibility and controllability to avoid deviation assessment penalty risk in monthly electricity settlement so as to form an operational framework and the profit model integrated with DR.To solve the problem of overcompensation in the process of avoiding deviation assessment by the electricity retailers,the paper also proposes an optimal profit model both considering deviation assessment penalty cost and compensation cost for performing the DR scheme,and provides relevant algorithm and flow chart.By comparing different calculation results of the trading strategies based on actual examples,it demonstrates feasibility of the proposed strategy in obtaining optimal profits under the current mechanism in domestic retail electricity market.
