摘要
新常态下,资源型地区转型发展亟待依托新业态寻求新的增长点。龙岩市作为典型的资源型城市,研究其经济发展现状,探索科技创新推动经济转型的路径,具有极为重要的理论和现实意义。研究表明,资源型地区经济转型发展需通过科技创新助推实现:转变政府职能、完善相关机制,营造良好创新环境;强化企业主体地位,激发创新活力;培育新的经济增长点,打造经济发展新引擎;推进科技与金融创新有效结合,提供资金支持;实施人才强市战略,提供智力保障。
In the new normal status,the transformation and development of the resource-based areas urgently need to rely on some new business models to seek new growth points.As a typical resource-based city,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the status of economic development and try to explore the paths for the technological transformation to promote the economic transformation.Researches show that the economic transformation and development of the resource-based regions need to be promoted through technological innovations:transforming government functions,improving related mechanisms,and creating a good environment for innovations;strengthening the dominant position of enterprises and stimulating innovations;fostering new economic growth points and creating new economic development engines;promoting the effective combination of technology and financial innovations to provide financial support;implementing the strategy of strengthening the market by talents and provide intellectual security.
