摘要
我国在构建终身教育体系和建设学习型社会的进程中,社区教育作为终身教育的重要组成部分,正发挥着愈来愈重要的作用,其中社区教育工作者是社区教育发展的主体和必要条件。基于扎根理论,通过运用NVIVO 11软件,从社区教育工作者专业化发展、激励保障措施、职业发展规划三方面出发,展现社区教育工作者生存发展现状,挖掘他们在发展过程中所存在的问题,以期能给社区教育工作者和社区教育的发展以启示。
In the process of constructing lifelong education system and building learning society,community education,as an important part of lifelong education,is playing an increasingly important role.Based on grounded theory,by using NVIVO software,from community education workers professional development and incentive measures,career development planning,the present status of existence and development of community education workers,during the development process of digging in their existing problems,in order to can give enlightenment on the development of community education workers and community education.
