摘要
新型应用技术型大学是国家推动新建本科院校彻底转型与塑造内涵发展的样本,笔者选取“应用技术大学(学院)联盟”12所院校为研究对象,在对其发展目标、硕博士点、高层次人才引进、双师型教师四方面数据进行系统分析发现:应用技术型大学出现了群体性的“学术漂移”。笔者运用新制度主义从频率模仿、特征模仿、结果模仿三方面分析应用技术型大学学术漂移的扩散机制,以此为大学转型发展、内涵发展以及高等教育分类管理与现代职业教育体系构建提供理论阐释与实践指导。
As a new type of applied university and the model to promote the throughout Applied technology universities,a new type of national universities connotative transformation and development,have important theoretical and practical significance to explore the systematic management of higher education and modern professional educational system.This paper analyzed the data to be collected from twelve colleges of the“League of Applied Technology Universities”in terms of development targets,graduate education pilots,high-level talent attraction and double-professional-titled teachers.It found that group“academic drift”occurring in applied technology universities could be applied to analyze the diffusion mechanism of the applied technology universities from the institutional perspectives of frequency imitation,characteristic imitation and consequence imitation so as to provide theoretical explanation and practical implication for the connotative transformation and development of applied technology universities and the establishment of systematic management of higher education and modern professional educational system.
