摘要
“疾病的分子生物学基础”是分子生物学课程中的难点章节,内容涉及临床疾病的分子及代谢特征、检测方法。对此,医学院校的低年级学生一般由于缺乏对疾病的认识,在理解上比较困难。鉴于此,通过将疾病分类整合,提出医学问题,结合PBL的教学模式,将疾病的生物化学代谢过程与分子及表型相联系,使学生加强理解,把教师的主讲模式转变为学生的主讲模式方式,激发了学生的学习兴趣,改善了死板的教学氛围,提升了教学效果。
“Molecular biological basis of disease”is a difficult chapter in molecular biology,covering the molecular and metabolic characteristics and detection methods of clinical diseases.It poses challenges for medical sophomores.We adopted holistic integrative medicine problem-based learning to link molecules and phenotypes with the metabolic process of diseases.To make students better understand and promote students‘interest in learning,we changed the teacher’s lecture mode into students’lecture mode.Consequently,teaching atmosphere and teaching effects were improved.
