摘要 针对产品原材料溯源体系中原材料的重量、产地、责任人、时间等数据信息进行采集和追踪溯源问题,设计了一种基于物联网技术的溯源智能称重综合系统.该系统包括集成主控模块的称重设备、移动手机端APP和可溯源管理系统,具有RFID标签识别、自动称重、数据录入、数据保存、实时无线传输数据、数据统一信息化管理等功能.实测表明,系统运行良好,较好地克服了应用环境复杂的难题,改造成本低,可拓展性强,为原材料溯源体系构建提供了平台支撑. In order to collect and trace the weight,place of origin,responsible person,time and other information of raw materials in the traceability system of product’s raw materials products,an intelligent weighing system based on Internet of things technology is designed.The system includes the weighing equipment integrated with the main control module,mobile phone APP and traceability management system.The system has RFID tag identification,automatic weighing,data entry,data saving,real-time wireless data transmission,unified data information management and other functions.The actual measurement shows that the system overcomes the problems associated with complex application environment,can be developed at low cost and with strong expansibility,and provides a platform support for the construction of raw material traceability system.
