摘要 采用单一变量法,研究了PVP-8000、Solsperse-20000、BYK-190、Tween-20对酞菁铜Pigment Blue 15:3分散体系的离心稳定性、黏度、表面张力、颜料平均粒径的影响,发现BYK-190相较于Solsperse-20000更适合在水中分散酞菁铜颜料.通过正交实验筛选出各项性能较好的4种颜料分散体系,并进行了流变性能的测试,优化得到综合分散效果最佳的分散体系为:BYK-190、PVP-8000和Tween-20的质量分数分别为3.5%、6.0%和5.0%,比吸光度为0.943,黏度为6.0mPa·s,表面张力为43.7 mN·m^-1,平均粒径为194.4 nm. The effects of PVP-8000,Solsperse-20000,BYK-190,and Tween-20 on centrifugal stability,viscosity,surface tension and average particle size of Pigment Blue 15:3 dispersions are investigated by single factor experiment.The results suggest that BYK-190 is more suitable for dispersing the copper phthalocyanine pigment than Solsperse-20000 in water-based system.Four dispersions with good properties are selected by conducting the orthogonal experiment,in which their rheological properties are tested.In the optimized dispersion system,BYK-190,PVP-8000 and Tween-20 are found to have the mass fraction of 3.5%,6.0%and 5.0%,respectively.The absorbance ratio is 0.943;the surface tension reads 43.7 mN·m^-1;the viscosity reveals being 6.0 mPa·s;and the average particle size reaches 194.4 nm.
