摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇加0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用XTERRA RP18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在220nm波长下对噻酮磺隆·异噁唑草酮悬浮剂进行分离和定量测定。结果表明,该分析方法条件下噻酮磺隆和异噁唑草酮的线性相关系数均为0.9999和1.0000,标准偏差分别为0.03和0.04,变异系数分别为0.37%和0.19%,平均回收率分别为99.68%和99.71%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of thiencarbazone-methyl and isoxaflutole SC by HPLC with methanol and 0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous as mobile phase,XTERRA RP18 column and DAD at 220nm wavelength was described.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and 1.0000,the standard deviation of 0.03 and 0.04,the variation coefficient of 0.37%and 0.19%,the average recovery of 99.68%and 99.71%for thiencarbazone-methyl and isoxaflutole respectively,had been obtained.
