摘要
环氧树脂为一种三维交联的固体材料,具有超强粘接性、耐热性、耐化学药品等特点,在建筑修补加固中应用极其广泛,但在应用过程中易发生老化。老化形式主要有热氧老化、湿热老化、紫外光老化、化学腐蚀老化,老化失效形式可能为其中一种或多种复合老化形式。在某些特殊服役环境中,材料老化形式还包括盐雾老化,深海高压压力、水流催化老化等。通过对不同老化形式机理的分析,有助于明确后期材料耐老化性能改性研究方向,对材料应用服役环境中主要老化形式进行对症性改性,提升材料的综合耐久性能。
Epoxy resin is a kind of three-dimensional cross-linked solid material,which has the characteristics of super adhesion,heat resistance and chemical resistance.It is widely used in building repair and reinforcement.It is inevitable that epoxy resin will be aged in the application process.The aging forms of epoxy resin in the service environment of buildings mainly include thermal oxygen aging,humid heat aging,ultraviolet light aging and chemical corrosion aging.The aging failure forms may be one or more of the composite aging forms.In some special service environments,and the aging forms of materials also include salt fog aging,deep-sea high-pressure pressure,water catalytic aging and so on.Through the analysis of the mechanism of different aging forms,it is helpful to clarify the research direction of the material aging resistance modification in the later period,to modify the main aging forms in the service environment of the material application,and to improve the comprehensive durability of the material.
