典型地质条件深部岩巷锚索合理支护长度和形式的选择

摘要 用淮北矿区的许疃煤矿3238底抽巷工程作为模型,使用FLAC3D软件模拟的方法对数值进行分析,进而分析地下巷道围岩松动破碎变形情况并建立数值计算模型。针对淮北矿区典型地质条件,依据地质条件差异、荷载差异,模拟计算岩性为泥岩时锚索的合理支护形式和长度。结果表明,围岩岩性为泥岩时,锚索长度可由l=6300 mm减少至l=1300 mm。所得结论可为今后类似巷道工程支护提供设计参考。 Taking the Xutuan Coal Mine 3238 bottom extraction project in Huaibei mining area as a model,the FLAC3D software method is used to analyze the numerical value.It analyzes the surrounding rock loose and broken deformation of underground roadway.The numerical calculation model is established.According to the typical geological conditions in Huaibei mining area,the reasonable support form and length of anchor cable are simulated and calculated when the rock is mudstone according to the difference of geological conditions and load.The results show that when the surrounding rock is mudstone,the length of anchor cable can be reduced from l=6300 mm to l=1300 mm.The conclusions can provide design references for the similar roadway engineering support in the future.
