摘要
微量元素是机体不可缺少的物质,有机微量元素较无机微量元素在营养和性能上具有更大的优越性。有机矿物元素的应用还可以通过提高矿物质利用率和沉积率,减少矿物质排放,起到保护环境的效果。本文综述了有机矿物元素的特点及矿物元素生物学利用率的研究方法,并总结了有机、无机矿物元素铁、锰和锌在猪生产上的最新研究进展。
Trace elements are indispensable substances in the body.Compared with inorganic trace elements,organic trace elements have more advantages in nutrition and performance.The application of organic mineral elements can also protect the environment by improving the utiliza-tion rate and deposition rate of minerals and reducing mineral emissions.In this paper,the char-acteristics of organic mineral elements and the research methods of biological availability of miner-al elements were reviewed,and the latest research progress of organic and inorganic mineral ele-ments including Fe,Mn and Zn in pig production was summarized.
